Carbon Footprinting, the Next Steps

Venue: Online

Wed 16th October, 2024, 10am to 11am

Description

So you’ve produced, your first carbon footprint, now what? This webinar will help organisations use the available information to prioritise the areas of focus for reducing their carbon emissions and the associated financial benefits.

We will go over the wide spectrum of available interventions from low/zero cost through to more expensive technological solutions. There’ll be examples of various projects that our organisation has seen or been involved with over the years and lessons that can be learned.

Finally we’ll cover ways of establishing a carbon cost to help build the business case for more expensive interventions and how to get started with establishing a Net Zero target.

This webinar is delivered by Loreus Ltd, a ‘spin-off’ company originally based at Nottingham Trent University. Loreus was founded by two leading environmental experts at the University and has grown to be an international, quality provider of environmental support.
