Rent Free Periods

The units at the Meadow Lane Industrial Estate are designed for light industrial use.

Rent Free Periods of up to two months maybe available for an owner / manager of a prospective company who has been unemployed for at least three months in the previous 12, or the prospective tenant was an occupant of either the Council's Ark or Oak Business Centres.
