Is your start up idea/business ready to succeed in the upcoming year?

The Careers and Enterprise Hub in Loughborough (a partnership initiative between Loughborough University and Loughborough College to support careers and enterprise*) are hosting an event series that will cover essential aspects of starting up in business, providing you with the fundamental building blocks for success.

From goal setting and mindset cultivation to testing, validating, pitching, and mastering your numbers – we've got you covered, and it is facilitated and run by Mark Taft, from NatWest. As Local Enterprise Managers, they understand the challenges faced by business owners and have tailored these sessions to ensure your business becomes robust, resilient, and optimised for growth. The expertise from the ecosystem generated in Loughborough and wider region, coupled with our powerful connections, networks, and signposting, can truly make a difference in propelling your business to the next level.

These in-person sessions are open to all startups/businesses, irrespective of sector, stage, or structure. You don't have to be a NatWest customer to attend, and attendees must be the business owner or hold significant strategic control. Business partners are welcome, and all attendees are kindly requested to sign-up as individuals.

There are two starting dates and different times that you can choose to book on from for the event series, running weekly from Wednesday 10th January, 10.00-12.00pm or Thursday 11th January, 5.00-7.00pm.

These events are brought to you and hosted by the Careers & Enterprise Hub, (a partnership between Loughborough College and Loughborough University) in collaboration with NatWest and Charnwood Borough Council.

This event is part of the Healthy and Innovative Loughborough project which is being supported by Loughborough Town Deal which has secured £16.9 million from the Government's Towns Fund.

Loughborough Town Deal is backing 11 projects which are boosting skills, helping regenerate the town and supporting the visitor economy. The projects are worth over £40 million of total investment into Loughborough.
