The Leicestershire Innovation Festival will be taking place from Monday 5th February - Friday 16th February, registrations are now open, with even more events being added over the next few days.

Planned events will be mixed between those you can attend online and those to attend in person.

On the 6th February 2024, Charnwood Campus will be hosting an event shining a light on our life sciences sector: Innovation, Productivity and Health Inequalities: Developing a Road Map for Leicestershire

The day will consist of a morning plenary session featuring the NHS, Industry and the third sector followed by an afternoon session focusing on innovation and productivity including two panel sessions that feed into the effect that health inequalities have on the socio-economic landscape in our region.

The event will feature exemplars where innovation has helped close the gap or improved care, we will look at ways to improve productivity for those working in the life sciences and ultimately develop a roadmap for the region through ongoing work.
